Pionero is a property company that owns and develops both residential and commercial properties in Sweden. We are a young company and we are always looking for new, creative ways of doing things. We want to contribute to a better society by offering quality housing for everyone and by being engaged in community development both locally and internationally.

We are currently a team of just over a handful of employees working to create attractive and sustainable residential environments and commercial properties where people and businesses can thrive and grow. Several of us have extensive experience in value-creating property management. We place great emphasis on ensuring our employees are satisfied and develop in their work.
