We are now looking for a residential rental agent to join our growing team in Linköping.

We are an expanding property developer that owns and manages rental apartments and commercial premises in Linköping. We are currently preparing for Linköping’s largest residential project, Eldstålet in Södra Ekkällan, where we are constructing 580 apartments.

As a rental agent, you will be responsible for renting out our apartments and managing processes related to move-ins and move-outs.

About the position

We are now looking for a dedicated rental agent for our office in Linköping. At Pionero, customer satisfaction, service, and an efficient rental process are our priorities. As a rental agent, you will become an important part of our committed team, where you will work together with colleagues to create safe and pleasant living environments for our tenants. You will work alongside our customer manager for the residential side, who will be your supervisor.

The role is fast-paced and dynamic with extensive customer contact. You will handle everything from marketing and initial customer contact to contract signing, and ensure that all other administrative aspects are taken care of. You will work closely with property managers, other rental agents in the company, and our administration.

Examples of responsibilities:

strategic work to ensure our properties are rented out at the right time and to the right tenant.
independently market our apartments and engage with potential tenants.
responsibility for contact with existing and potential tenants and ensure that the rental process functions efficiently.
conduct inspections and manage rental agreements.
administer and update HomeQ and the property system Real.

Who are we looking for?

If you are sales-driven, self-motivated, and enjoy the property industry, you will be a good fit for this role. You have a sense for business and a natural drive to create value and good solutions for your customers. You put the customer’s needs first and act quickly and efficiently based on that. You enjoy meeting new people and value interpersonal contact.

You may have a few years of work experience or you may be coming directly from school.

Scope

The position is full-time and based at our office at Nya Tanneforsvägen 22H in Linköping.
