At Pionero Fastigheter, we are building 580 rental apartments and three commercial units across three blocks in Södra Ekkällan. Construction began and the first groundbreaking took place in spring 2026, and the final phase will be completed in 2030 – take a look at the timeline below to see what happens next in the project.
