Vasastaden is a very special district in Linköping, with all the advantages that a vibrant urban environment offers. Pionero already owns several properties in Vasastaden, and we are now developing former commercial land into residential properties in an attractive location near the upcoming central station.
Linköping’s newest district, Övre Vasastaden, is located in the northern part of Linköping as an extension of Vasastaden. The expansion of this popular district—with its proximity to the city center, travel center, Tornby shopping area, and the E4 motorway—has been long-awaited by many.
A new district square has been created in the area, which, in addition to a grocery store, also features restaurants and smaller shops.
We own two properties in the area and will construct approximately 75 rental apartments and 1–2 commercial premises. There will be a mix of sizes with an emphasis on two-room apartments with a kitchen. Many of the apartments will feature balconies.
