Chief Financial Officer

We are now seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our growing team in Linköping.

We are an expanding property developer that owns and manages rental apartments and commercial premises in Linköping. We are currently preparing for Linköping’s largest residential project, Eldstålet in Södra Ekkällan, where we are constructing 580 apartments.

As Chief Financial Officer, you have overall responsibility for all companies within the group and their associated accounting and administration.

About the role

In the role of Chief Financial Officer, you are responsible for, among other things:

the group’s accounting and financial statements.
cash flows and financial planning
assisting company management with reports, statistics, and key performance indicators.
leading the company’s finance team
creating and maintaining routines, processes, and policies within the finance function.
providing support to business area managers
continuous development of the finance function

Who are you?

You have several years of experience in relevant positions. Previous personnel management experience is an advantage, and it is a requirement that you have had team leadership responsibility in your previous employment. If you come from a smaller company where you are accustomed to pitching in where needed, that is a plus. Being unpretentious is important, as the role is broad and includes both complex tasks and tasks of a more administrative nature. You are familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation from previous roles.

You are meticulous, self-driven, and accustomed to working at a fast pace. You are proficient in Excel and Fortnox or similar systems, as well as property management systems. Do you also have a sense of service and enjoy working closely with operations? Then you will thrive here.

Scope

The position is full-time and based at our office at Nya Tanneforsvägen 22H in Linköping.
