We are currently preparing for Link\u00f6ping&#8217;s largest residential project, Eldst\u00e5let in S\u00f6dra Ekk\u00e4llan, where we are constructing 580 apartments.   <\/p><p>As Chief Financial Officer, you have overall responsibility for all companies within the group and their associated accounting and administration.<br><br><strong>About the role<\/strong><\/p><p>In the role of Chief Financial Officer, you are responsible for, among other things:<\/p><ul><li>the group&#8217;s accounting and financial statements.<\/li><li>cash flows and financial planning<\/li><li>assisting company management with reports, statistics, and key performance indicators.<\/li><li>leading the company&#8217;s finance team<\/li><li>creating and maintaining routines, processes, and policies within the finance function.<\/li><li>providing support to business area managers<\/li><li>continuous development of the finance function<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Who are you?<\/strong><\/p><p>You have several years of experience in relevant positions. Previous personnel management experience is an advantage, and it is a requirement that you have had team leadership responsibility in your previous employment. If you come from a smaller company where you are accustomed to pitching in where needed, that is a plus. Being unpretentious is important, as the role is broad and includes both complex tasks and tasks of a more administrative nature. You are familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation from previous roles.    <\/p><p>You are meticulous, self-driven, and accustomed to working at a fast pace. You are proficient in Excel and Fortnox or similar systems, as well as property management systems. Do you also have a sense of service and enjoy working closely with operations?
